I was only 3 and half weeks pregnant so I went with regular shipping. By the time pills arrived I was 4 and half weeks. I took the pills as instructed. For me, the bleeding lasted only for two days, while the blood clots came out in the first day [ I believe 8 hours after taking Misoprostol] itself.
