• As per our policy, the prescription must be submitted before 7-8 days after the time of booking.
• The submitted prescription must be written in English.
• If the prescription doesn't reach us within the limited time, the order will be cancelled.
• Any prescription accessed from an online source and not from an actual doctor will be dismissed by the website.
• In case, when there is an additional information needed on the prescription, the website will inform you personally.
