Refund Policy

  • A 100% refund will be provided to customers if the products are not delivered in time.
  • Customers can request for re-shipping at no additional charge or full refund of the order amount, in case the item/s are not delivered on time.
  • No refund is processed, if the product does not reach the consumer due to an invalid or inaccurate shipping address.
  • A Complete refund is given if the consumer cancels the order before it is confirmed.
  • Only a 50% refund is offered on products cancelled after their booking is approved.
  • For refund or re-shipping requests, consumers must give a valid reason and the order number.
  • If consumers want to receive a refund, after the order reaches or is shipped to the address,
  • they need to contact the website's customer care by email or live chat. The customer will be provided a shipping address, where products are to be returned. Once the product is received by us, 50 percent of the bill amount will be given back to the customer.
NOTE: An order's refund will be considered, only when it is cancelled within 2 hours of booking it online with us.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers are allowed to cancel bookings within 2 (two) hours of placing an order online.
  • Only 50% of the order amount will be refunded for the above-mentioned condition. This is because gets charged 50% of the billing amount by banks for the transaction.
  • Orders processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Consumers should provide accurate shipping addresses to receive orders on time.
