The pills really do work, I took five pills from the pack and did as the instructions told me to do. After precise 5 hours I started bleeding profusely. During the bleeding, out came 4-5 blood clots the size of small lemon. The pain was somewhat manageable because I had painkillers and some soothing ginger tea.
