Hi, it says it’s 24/7 support, so I have placed an order and they are loyal to their word they heard everything. They had also sent me my confirmation? I thought it would take 2-3 days time frame to response but no they are to their words. I also got to know how long is the shelf life of it. I have submitted my payment confirmation to them and all went well.
